The Reverend Mark S. Anderson

Fr. Mark began his ministry at St. Luke’s in July of 2018, having been called from St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Jacksonville, Florida where he was Curate for Children, Youth and Families, and the church’s liaison to the St. Mark’s Episcopal Day School with an enrollment of more than 400 students. He also served the Episcopal Diocese of Florida as Chaplain to Retired Clergy.

Fr. Mark’s early years were spent in Fort Worth, Texas, but his family moved to Jacksonville, Florida where he grew up and graduated from the acclaimed Bolles Preparatory School. He attended college at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and graduated with a B.A. in English at the University of Florida. His graduate studies included the General Theological Seminary in New York City and Yale Divinity School in New Haven, Connecticut, where he received his Masters of Divinity.

Fr. Mark is married to Dr. Mary Anderson, a graduate from Columbia Medical School in New York, and is currently serving a residency in Dermatology at U.T. Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.

The Venerable Rosemary R. Trei
Archdeacon, Episcopal Diocese of Dallas

The Venerable Rosemary Trei has served as the deacon to St. Luke’s since 2009. In this role, she coordinate outreach activities, attended to pastoral needs, and teaches Bible studies. Additionally, Deacon Rosemary serves as the Archdeacon for the Diocese of Dallas. She sits on the Commission on Ministry and Disaster Response Committee of the Diocese, in addition to serving as Jubilee Ministry Officer.

Deacon Rosemary grew up in California and graduated from Holy Names University in Oakland. She taught high school chemistry for 20 years in California and Dallas. After retiring from teaching, she studied at the Anglican School of Theology and at the Stanton Center for Ministry Formation in Dallas. She was ordained in 2009.

Deacon Rosemary and her husband, Charlie, have blessed with three children – Kelley, Tracy, and Keith – and nine grandchildren. Charlie sings in the St. Luke’s choir and is a member of the Brotherhood of St. Andrew.
