The Purpose of Registration
Registration is required on the St. Luke's Episcopal Church website for financial transactions, including pledges and donations and event registrations. To register, you must use a valid email address and you must create a password. The password you select is also important in protecting your information. Keep it secure.
Registration is NOT required for other activities on the website, including accessing the calendar or other information on any web page.
Your Email Address
St. Luke's Episcopal Church will not share your email address with any outside organization. However, your email address is saved in our parish database. We may from time to time use that email address to contact you regarding your transaction on our website and/or to notify you of upcoming events. If at any time you would like to be removed from our email distribution list, you may contact our Business Manager at spepitone@stlukesdallas.org
Credit Card Information
St. Luke's Episcopal Church uses Authorize.Net to process credit card transactions. After you’ve submitted your credit card information, our website contacts Authorize.Net to accept the transaction, based on the information you’ve entered. If the transaction is rejected, it is often because of an error in the data entry. Make sure you check that all fields are correct. If you are confident that you have correctly entered your information and yet the transaction is not authorized, it is because Authorize.Net was unable to get approval for the transaction from your bank, given the information you entered.
St. Luke’s Church itself neither approves nor declines credit cards. St. Luke's Episcopal Church relies solely on the information provided to us via Authorize.Net. If you have difficulty completing a transaction on the St. Luke's Episcopal Church website, simply contact St. Luke’s directly so that you can make arrangements to complete your transaction another way.
You will know that your transaction was successful when receive an email confirming the transaction to the email address you provided with your registration account. If you do not see that email in your inbox, check your spam folder. All transactions are processed over a secure network with a valid SSL123 Certificate. This offers users secure communications by encrypting all data traveling to and from the site.
St. Luke’s stores your contact information and credit card information within your registration account on our website. Therefore, each time you return to St. Luke's Episcopal Church for a transaction, you will not need to re-enter your information.
